1931
When comparing prices of cars, see that the comparison is fair. 1930 models suffer definite depreciation owing to the fact that next year they will be booked up as “2 years old” if they are to be sold or exchanged. The Rover Company was one of the first to have 1931 models for sale in New Zealand. The Rover policy gives you a car at its Home price, plus bare necessary importation charges—a car with outstanding service, road dignity, and proved performance. A 1931 Rover 10 Saloon recently beat the “Limited” from Wellington to Auckland, and a 20 h.p. “Meteor,” with 4 passengers, climbed the North, side of Paekakariki Hill “on top”—definite proof of Rover’s suitability for New Zealand conditions. Rover dealers will be found in all important centres.
