bulls fall by the wayside. United Press Association—By Electrlo Telegraph—Copyright WASHINGTON, March 4. The seventy-first Congress adjourned to-day. Among the measures which fell by the wayside was the Jenkins Immigration Bill, seeking to provide for a general cut of 90 per cent, in immigration, and limit the annual entries from Canada for two years to 125. The Bill encountered unexpected opposition, and died after passage by the House.
