United Press Association—By Electrle Telegraph—Copyright OTTAWA, March 4. “The present is no time to cu wages” declared Senator G. Robertson Labour Minister, referring to the pro posal of a small independent railway. It was also no time to seek higher wages. Either would aggravate the depression.
