Some consider the action regrettable, severe and hum'.liating. Others, notably the “Echo de Paris,” do not deny the French Rugby is “disloyal, unintelligent, brutal and supremely unpleasant.” “Lauto” says the decision deprives France of the principal benefits, bcth material and moral, derived from the British matches.
