NATIONAL PARTY EMISSARIES. By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, March 3. On a world tour from the party headquarters at Nankin, Yu Chun Hsien, accompanied by Tse Ku Fri, arrived by the Maunganui, and were met by members of the Chinese Nationalist Party at the wharf, with colours flying. The mission to New Zealand is similar to the mission to Australia, being concerned with active organisation of Chinese Nationalists in these ountries. i The itinerary embraces all countries "dering on the Pacific.
