MURDER MYSTERY.
LATEST POLICE THEORY. United Press Association—By Electrlo Telegraph—Copyright (Received March 3, 10.30 p.m.) LONDON, March 2. The “Daily Express” reveals that the police are strongly of opinion that the Blackheath murderer is now in a mental home, where he is regarded as a dangerous sex maniac, subject to periodic attacks, with no subsequent recollection of actions. Early investigations resulted on suspicion falling on a man and the police have almost lost the hope of putting him on his trial.
