(2) Not to assign. (3) To keep all By-Laws and Regulations of the Timaru Harbour Board, and Timaru Borough Council. The Lessee shall state the purposes for which leasehold is required and premises shall not be used for any other purpose without the consent of the Board. No noxious or offensive trade will be permitted to be carried • on or dangerous or offensive material I stofed on premises, without the written consent of the Board. , The Lessee will be required to sign a Lease embodying the conditions stated in the Conditions of Sale and such other covenants, conditions and provisions as may be reasonably required by the Board’s Solicitors. The successful bidder shall immediately after the Auction pay a deposit (in Cash or by Bank Draft or Banker’s Cheque) equal to a half year’s rent.
