TRACK RECORD BROKEN. By Telegraph—Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, Dec. 28. The track record at Monica Park dirt track was again lowered on Saturday evening by “Squib” Burton, the English rider, who covered a mile in lmin 17 3-ssecs. Burton also twice broke the standing start record.
