A cable message from London announces that the late Sir George Clifford, chairman of the Canterbury Frozen Meat Company, left an English estate valued at £39,015. Mr George F. Rox, manager of the famous English Humphrey Bishop musical comedy company, arrived in Timaru last night to arrange for the Company’s forthcoming appearance here.
