It Is expected that the Remuera will sail to-day for Lyttelton, on completion of Homeward loading. The Benmohr is now set down to arrive on Tuesday from Wellington, to load frozen meat, wool and general cargo for the United Kingdom. The Canadian Victor, to discharge general Canadian cargo and to load for New York, Boston and Montreal, is expected on Tuesday from Lyttelton. The Corinthic, to load frozen meat, wool and general cargo for London, is scheduled to arrive on Wednesday from Bluff. BOILER TROUBLE. MESSAGE FROM CABARITA. By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, December 28. The secretary of the Post and Telegraph Department received the following wireless message at 5.20 p.m.:— “S.S. Cabarita, lat. 40.115, long 149.16 i East, sent an alarm signal, and

advised a boiler mishap, and requested ships In the vicinity to stand by. Boilers burst. The Talune, hastening to assistance, expects to arrive at 9 p.m. The Talune advised Hobart that nothing had been heard of the Cabarita since 3.21 p.m. N.Z. time.” The following advice was received from Radio Awarua in reference to the s.s.
