A GILT EDGED INVESTMENT. THE SOUTH CANTERBURY HOSPITAL BOARD has for sale 100 debentures of £IOO each bearing interest at 52 per cent. The debentures have a currency of 20 years and are secured on the annual revenue of the Board. A Sinking Fund of 3 per cent, per annum is being established to secure repayment of the debentures at maturity. The money is required for building an Administrative Block including Out-patients and Dental Departments.
