The United States and Canada have entered into a reciprocal air navigation agreement, paving the way for the granting of licenses by each country to fliers of the other, and for permission for civil aircraft to enter the territories of each country. They will also be able to accept certificates of air worthiness in connection with aircraft entering either country in the form of merchandise. Drafts of similar agreements have been proposed and submitted to Great Britain, the Irish Free State, Australia New Zealand and South Afrioa.
