SIMON COMMISSION.
REPORT SELLING FREELY. British Official Wireless RUGBY, August 20. Since two volumes of the Simon Commission’s report on India were published in June, over 45,C00 copies of each have been sold, and it is still selling. For a work of that particular type, it can fairly be described as the best seller. The circulation figures, of course, include copies sold in India.
