PERMANENT ORGANISATION. United Press Association—By Electric . Telegraph—Copyright (Received August 21, 5.5 p.m.) HONOLULU, August 20. The Women’s Conference voted to form a permanent organisation. Committees will be appointed on Wednesday, to report on Thursday on the constitution and programme. Miss Eleanor Moore submitted a motion legalising methods of international conciliation. Dr. Osborne recommended the study of industrial hygiene in textile industries in countries bordering on the Pacific. Dr. Sweet is chairman of the Constitution Committee, of which Miss Ada Perry and Miss Elsie Griffin are members. Miss Eleanor Moore is a member of the sub-committee of Objectives. Misses Jean Begg and Constance Davey are on the Programme Committee.
