OTAGO HIGH SCHOOL.

OLD BOYS’ RE-UNION. A successful re-union and dinner in connection with the South Canterbury branch of the Otago Boys’ High School Old Boys’ Association was held on Saturday last in the Grosvenor, Mr L. E. Finch being voted to the chair. At the conclusion of the dinner, the loyal toast and the toast of “The School” were honoured. A general meeting of the branch was held, and the following officers were elected:—Chairman, Dr. F. F. A. Ulrich; vice-chairman, Mr L. E. Finch; ;committee, Dr. G. H. Ussher, Dr. W. R. Fea, and Mr G. J. Walker (Temuka); honorary secretary and treasurer, Mr George Reid (Beswick Street). It was decided that the re-union dinner should be an annual one, the date to coincide as nearly as possible with the foundation day of the school, and that the branch should affiliate with the parent association in Dunedin. It was recommended to the Committee that an annual cricket match be arranged with Christ’s College Old Boys, and that a report of the dinner and meeting be sent to the School Magazine. Those present were Drs. F. F. A. Ulrich, G. H. Ussher, W. R. Fea, A. Mclnnes (Temuka), and Messrs T. Simon, L. E. Finch, G. H. R. Ulrich, W. T. Ritchie, J. H. Don, W. A. Scott, E. A. Scott, V. H. The Committee intends to endeavour to enrol all old boys residing in the district.
