The fifth Royal Aero Club rejected the French Aero Club’s entry for the Schneider trophy, because, like the Italian entry, it was not accompanied by the requisite fee, £I6OO. FRANCE AMAZED. AGITATION AGAINST BRITAIN. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received July 27, 5.5 p.m.) PARIS, July 26. Following Britain’s rejection of the French Aero Club’s Schneider Cup entry, on the ground that the deposit condition was not fulfilled, the Club has decided to join Italy in protesting to the Aeronautical Federation, demanding that the organisation of the competition shall be placed in Italy’s hands.
