The anthem will be "Sing, O Heavens." and a solo will be rendered by Miss Berg. The fourteenth anniversary of the ; establishment of the present Baptist Church. Wilson Street, will be celebrated to-morrow, and on Tuesday night. The Rev. M. W. w Lascelles. first pastor of the present church, and now secretary of the Baptist Union, will be the preacher at both services. There will be two anthems, and a quartette at night. On Tuesday night a congregational social will be held.

The Rev. F. J. Shaw will preach at both services in the Congregational Church to-morrow. The subject for the morning will be “Christian Pluck,” and for the evening “Other-worldli-ness.” The choir will sing the anthem, “Turn Thy Face from My Sins” (Attwood). Visitors are cordially invited.

The service in Bank Street Methodist Church to-morrow will be conducted by the Rev. C. O. Hailwood. The Rev. Harold T. Peat will be the

preacher at the evening service, and his subject will be “A Biblical Incident characterised by Scoffers as an Absurdity.” Those who experience difficulty with parts of the Bible, and who are without a Church home, are specially invited. The services in Woodlands Street Church will be conducted by the Rev. P. I. Cooke. Major and Mrs Suter. the new divisional secretary for Christchurch, will conduct all meetings at the Salvation Army. The secretary has been private secretary to Commissioners McKay and Hodder. and also editor of the New Zealand “War Cry.” Mrs Suter is a sweet solo singer.
