INDIAN CONFERENCE AT ST. JAMES PALACE. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received July 23, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, July 22. It is announced that by permission of the King, the forthcoming Indian Round-Table Conference, will be held in Saint James Palace. It will be recalled that the recent London Naval Conference, which was attended by the five principal naval powers, and reached an agreement in the limitation of naval armaments, embodied in the London Naval Treaty, was held in Saint James Palace.
