The Holmdale arrived and sailed last night. She loaded for Wellington, Wanganui and Picton, via Lyttelton. The John is expected to-day from the south, to load for her usual northern ports. The Opihi. on the Wellington, Nelson and New Plymouth run, is set down for to-day from Oamaru. Wellington, Napier and Gisborne cargo should be taken to-day per the Wainui, from Oamaru. The Storm is scheduled for tomorrow from Oamaru, to , load for Wellington, Picton and Wanganui. The Wingatui is expected to load Wellington and Auckland cargo at Timaru to-morrow. Overseas. The Canadian Challenger should be here on Friday from Lyttelton, to discharge * and load Canadian and American general cargo. OVERSEAS.
