NTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Waimate County Council held on the 28th day of May, 1930, the following resolution was passed:— “ That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 4 of ‘ The Noxious Weeds Act, 1928, the Waimate County Council hereby resolves and declares, by way of Special Order, that the plant ‘Hemlock’ is a Noxious Weed within the County of Waimate.” The said resolution will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the said Council, to be held on the 29th day of JULY, 1930, at 11 a.m. L.
