MINIATURE RIFLES. Twenty-three members of the Winchester Men's Miniature Rifle Club fired on Monday evening for Mr J. M. Stlcking's trophy. A. W. Reilly proved the winner. The Winchester and Gapes Valley Miniature Rifle Clubs fired a friendly match at Winchester on Saturday The Winchester Club proved the victors by 5 points. PERSONAL. Mr S. J. Varcoe, who has been relieving stationmaster at Winchester for the past fortnight, will leave today for Dunedin. Messrs J. and S. H. Maddren, Christchurch, who have been staying with Mr and Mrs R. Maddren, Winchester left yesterday for Invercargill. Mrs L. Duckmantom, Scargill, .i s spending a holiday with her sister. Miss J.
