SECRETARIES CONFERENCE ENDS. By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, July 15. The Power Board Secretaries Conference concluded this afternoon. The following officers were elected: Chairman, Mr S. P. Day (Franklin); secretary, Mr N. N. Speir (Auckland); committee, Messrs D. McArthur (Te Awamutu), K. W. Eglington (Mana-watu-Oroua), H. H. Wylie (Hawke’s Bay), A. M. Owen (Christchurch), G. Brown (Wairarapa), and G. Campbell (Southland).
