PROPOSED CONFERENCE DISCUSSED. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, July 15. A proposal by the New Zealand and South African Agricultural Unions to hold an Empire Farmers’ Convention in South Africa in 1932 was brought before a representative meeting of British Agricultural organisations, and deferred, pending the Imperial Conferences’ decisions affecting Empire trade and marketing. Canada and Australia will be asked to participate in the convention.
