ADVANCE GLEN-ITI.
To the Editor of the “ Timaru Herald." Sir.—Now that the Glen-iti folk are going ahead to the extent of forming a Miniature Rifle Club, I think it is high time for some of them to get together and form a deputation to the Power Board re some street lights for their township, which, I am sure, are very badly needed. Struggling through Glen-iti on a dark night reminds one of the rationI carrying stunts in 1917. Otipua. a place much smaller, has its road light, and I feel sure if the position was explained to the proper authorities, something would be done >n the matter.—l am, etc., INTERESTED.
