CLAIMS ON EDUCATION POLICY. British Official Wireless RUGBY, July 13. Lord de la Warr, Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Agriculture, speaking at Mold yesterday, said that Dr Addison, Minister for Agriculture, intended to place the development of •agricultural education and research in the forefront of his policy. The Government, he added, was considering the poL-ibility of giving the views of the majority to Parliament through the Minister for Agriculture, and of satisfying him that the scheme represented the wishes of the bulk of the producers and that the rights of minorities and of the consumer had been considered. Although it did not envisage the taking of power to enforce schemes of organisation upon industry it did envisage the giving to* industry of the power to organise itself.
