BRIGHTER DAWN APPROACHING. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—^Copyright CAPETOWN, July 14. The manager of the Farmers’ Cooperative Union, who has returned from England, states that the wool position indicated brighter prospects. He anticipated a more consistent demand owing to the cheapening of wool fibres, which are becoming more popular than artificial silk.
