WOOLSHED ROBBED
SECOND CASE AT WAIPAWA. By Telegraph—Press Association , ... WAIp UKURAU, July 14. Wool thieves again were busy last night, when the woolshed of Mr F. J. Witherow, at Waipawa, was forced! Three bales of lamb’s wool, and a number of sheepskins were stolen. Mr Witherow’s homestead is situated on a hill above the road, and the woolshed is some distance away. Entrance to the shed was gained by forcing a door, and the outside gate. Marks on the road indicated that the thieves used a motor lorry for the removal of spoil. This is the second wool robbery in this district recently.
