Drawbridge Left Open. VERY FEW SURVIVORS. United Press Association—By Eectrle Telegraph—Copyright (Received July 13, 5.5 p.m.) BUENOS AIRES, July 12. The city was shocked when a speeding tram, carrying sixty-two workmen, and an undetermined number of other passengers, dropped through a drawbridge which was open to allow a vessel to pass on the Rio Chuelo. Divers recovered forty-eight bodies. Only five are believed to have been rescued.
