WILD WEATHER.
TOWN, SWEPT BY MILD TORNADO. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received July 11, 10.30 pjn.) SYDNEY, July 11. A mild tornado swept Bankstown and adjoining suburbs this afternoon. The gale lifted the iron roofs of two shops into the air, wrecked telegraph and electric light mains, and caused the most consternation among the citizens.
