HIGHER DUTY ON PRODUCE LIKELY. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received July 8, 10.30 p.m.) VANCOUVER, July 7. Referring to the growth of trade between Canada and New Zealand, under the New Zealand trade treaty, the Federal Prime Minister (Mr King), speaking at Victoria (British Columbia), stated that while the old treaty would be terminted, a new treaty would be negotiated, that would not injure the dairy industry of Canada.
