DECREASE IN NEW SOUTH WALES United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received July 7, 7.0 p.m.) SYDNEY, July 7. The unemployed in New South Wales now number 40,000, a reduction of 10,000 during the past month, owing to absorptions by the reopening of the northern collieries.
