NJOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Timaru Borough Council proposes to purchase ALL THAT of land situated in Block X Arowhenua Survey District containing 4 acres 3 roods 35 perches more or less being Lot 4 on D.P. 1109 part R.S. 2683 being the whole of the land in Certificate of Title Vol. 172 Fol. 247 which said land adjoins the land known as West End Park for the sum of £2IOO upon the following terms:—viz: the sum of £3OO to be paid on the consent of the Minister of Internal Affairs being obtained to the said purchase and the balance of £IBOO to be paid within six years from the date of the giving of the said consent; the said Council to have the right to pay off the balance purchase money sums of not less than £3OO on giving three calandar months’ notice in writing of its intention to make such payment; Interest on the balance purchase money for the time being owing to be paid at the rate of £si per cent, per annum payable half-yearly. All persons who have any objection to the purchase of the above described land upon the above terms must state their objections in writing and send the same within twenty-one days from the first publication of this notice, viz.:—Bth day of July. 1930, to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Wellington.
