NTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is the intention of the Mackenzie County Council at its next meeting to be held on 7th JULY, 1930, to make and levy under “Tire Rating Act, 1925?’ and Section 120 of the “Counties Act, 1920,” and under all other powers and authorities in that behalf it enabling a General Rate separately in each of the Ridings of the Mackenzie County for the year ending 31st March, 1931, on the rateable value (on the basis of capital value) of all rateable property within each Riding, that is to say:— In each of the Albury and Opuha Ridings a General Rate Of seven-eighths of a penny in the £1; and in each of the Fairlie and Tekapo Ridings a general rate of one penny in the £l. Such general rates to become due and payable in one sum at the Mackenzie County Council Offices, Fairlie, on the Ist day of August, 1930. The Valuation Rolls will be open for inspection at the Mackenzie County Council Offices, Fairlie, during office hours from this day until the 7th day of JULY, 1930. By Order of the Council. D.
