INCREASED ON VICTORIAN RAILWAYS. (United Press Association—By Slectrlo Telegraph—Copyright.) MELBOURNE. May 31. The Full Court of Arbitration unanimously granted an application by the New South Wales railway commissioners for a variation of the award to provide for a 48 hours' w-eek instead of 44.
