NAVAL TREATY.
SUBMITTED TO LEAGUE OF NATIONS. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, April 27. In forwarding the text of the London Naval Treaty to the Secretary-General of the League of Nations at Geneva, Mr Macdonald has sent an accompanying letter in which he expresses the hope that the results achieved at the conference will have the effect of facilitating the future labours of the Preparatory Commission.
