Cook (Miners’ secretary) advises the miners not to heed the suggestion. He declares that it would be a crime to bring men and women to London without providing food and protection. OFFICIAL REPORT. EBB AND FLOW OF THE TIDE. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Received April 25, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, April 24.
