FUTURE OF EGYPT.
NEGOTIATING NEW TREATY. (Unlttd Press Association—By HI .Ctrl. Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, April 23. The Egyptian delegation is holiday making in Britain and on the Continent, while their confreres in Cairo are discussing the position with regard to the treaty. It is reported that Nahas Pasha's private secretary has made a lightning trip to Cairo.
