■ | EXPENDITURE IN GROUP 15. A statement was presented at a meeting of No. 15 District Highways 1 Council, which was held in Timaru yesterday, showing that the amount expended in the group for the year ended March 31 for maintenance and construction was £99,287/8/4, as compared with £43,000 last year.
