PARNELL SEAT
REFORM CANDIDATE SELECTED. By Teleeraph —Pres. Ansociatloi. AUCKLAND, April 10. At a meeting of Reform Party delegates in the Parnell electorate, Mr W. P. Endean, barrister and solicitor, and a well-known yachtsman, was selected as the Party’s candidate at the byeelection. Three ballots were necessary, and when the result was announced, Mr Endean was congratulated by the three other aspirants. The meeting expressed continued confidence in the Reform Party and its leader, the Hon. J. G. Coates.
