DEATH PENALTY.
ARMY REGULATIONS MODIFIED. (United Press Association —By Electrio lei egraph—Copyright.) (Received AprilHß, 10.30 p.m.) LONDON, April 7. The army annual bill was read a third time. The House agreed to an amendment rectifying the vote of Colonel Courthope’s amendment. Mr Shaw said the death penalty was now restricted to treachery and mutiny.
