RETALIATION OF BALKAN FOWER (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Received April 7, 10.50 p.m.) BELGRADE, April 7. A war of extermination has been declared upon the notorious revolutionary bands known as Imro, which have long been conducting savage Guerilla warfare under the leadership of a young Macedonian named Ivan Michailov, against Jugo-Slavia, Bulgaria and Greece.
