NEW SOURCES OF REVENUE. (United Press Association—By Electrlo Telegraph—Copyright.) (Received April 7, 8.20 p.m.) LONDON, April 7. The “Daily Telegraph’s" diplomatic correspondent forecasts the following budgflet features: Retention of the McKenna and silk duties. No increase in the standard rate of income tax. Higher taxation on unearned incomes. Increased surtax, which will probably begin on a salary of £ISOO. Higher death duties. Increased duties on beer, tobacco and petrol. Taxation on land values.
