’PLANES WITHOUT PILOTS.
FLIGHTS CONTROLLED BY WIRELESS. (United Press Association—By Electrle Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, April 4. An entire squadron of Vickers-Napier night bombers, equipped with robot electrical pilots, recently engaged in a series of long distance flights from the South of England to Scotland. With their automatic pilots, who were actuated by radio from the ground, in complete charge, the machines were brought safely to their predetermined destination without human pilots once touching the controls.
