PUNISHMENT OF AFGHAN REBELS. (United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright.) DELHI, March 14. The Shinwari tribesmen, who were concerned in the recent revolt in Afghanistan, have accepted all the Afghanistan Government’s demands after a three-day conference, and have agreed to return the arms which they looted at Torkham, and to pay land revenue and a I\ne of £IO.OOO. The five ringleaders have been executed, having been blown from the mouths of guns at Jalalabad. The tfibal territory is being occupied by 13,000 troops.
