APPEAL FAILS.
JUDGMENT AGAINST LABOUR OFFICIALS. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) SYDNEY, March 14. An appeal by certain Labour Party officials against judgment for £4500 damages, which were awarded to John Bailey for libel, was dismissed by the Full Court.
