STATE BONUS IN AUSTRALIA. (United Press Association—By Electric Tel egraph—Copyright.) (Received March 7, 5.5 p.m.) CANBERRA, March 7. The Federal Ministry has decided to grant immediate assistance to the flax industry, probably in the form of a bounty of 15 per cent, on the Australian market price.
