MEDICAL CONFERENCE.
ANNUAL MEETING CONCLUDED. By Telegraph—Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, February 23. The annual meeting of the British Medical Association was held on Saturday. It was decided to hold the next conference at Gisborne in February 1931. Dr J. S. Elliott was re-elected editor of the “B.M.A. Journal.” The Hon. Dr Collins M.L.S. was reelected president of the New Zealand Medical Benefit fund, and Dr H. E. Gibbs (Wellington) honorary secretary to the fund. Officers were elected as follows: Chairman of Council, Dr D. E. Fenwick (Wellington); general-secretary, Dr G. F. N. Anson; members of executive, Sir Donald McGavin (Wellington), Dr W. Irwin (Christchurch), Dr H. E. Gibbs (Wellington).
