ENGAGEMENT OF PRINCESS ENDS (United Press Association—By Electrie Telegraph—Copyright.) (Received February 20, 10.30 p.m.) LONDON, February 20. A Bucharest message states that it is officially admitted that the engagement of Princess Ileana, to Count von Hochberg, son of Princess Vonpless, has been broken off. The Premier says that investigation of the Count’s career has shown him in an unfavourable light.
