The villagers in Bihar village, in Angul, almost smothered with garlands Captain Wright Neville, Superintendent of the Police, who shot a well-known and much-feared maneating tiger, which killed many humans and established a reign of terror. When the huge beast was opened a complete human foot was fopnd inside, while the tiger was marked by a gash, inflicted by the aze of his latest victim.
