FRENCH CRISIS.
PRESIDENT INTERVIEWS LEADERS. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph— Copyright.) (Received February 19, 10.30 p.m.) PARIS, February 18. The crisis will not be solved till tomorrow night. President Domergue interviewed all the political leaders to-day, including M. Poincaire. The last-named had to silence rumours by a declaration that he is in nowise a candidate for the premiership.
